MS Points, Why Can't They Be Even?

If your like almost anyone else you go and buy MS Points so you can download movies, gamerpics, themes, or XBLA games, but there is just one problem with that. You buy this big bundle, and you buy your stuff then some how you get stuck with 40 extra points. 40 points that you can' t spend on anything because it is not enough. So why can't we just get the points we need? Why have all this "loose change"? Xbox 360 Group Manager Aaron Greenberg answers this question:

"The reason why we do that, the core reason, is around credit card transaction fees. If we do this in bulk, we don't have to burden the consumer with the transaction fees, or ourselves or publishers."
He also added that it is annoying to end up with leftover points, but Microsoft doesn't plan on changing this anytime soon.
